Purpose:
The Purpose and Mission of the Rotary Club of Dr. Phillips Foundation, Inc. is to enable Rotarians and other members of the Central Florida Community to advance world understanding, goodwill, and peace through the improvement of health, the support of education, and the alleviation of poverty.
The Corporation is organized and shall be operated exclusively for charitable and educational purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended or the corresponding provisions of any future tax law.
The Corporation was chartered on April 21, 2019 and assigned FEIN # 82-1230183.
The Corporation is registered with the State of Florida, Department of State, Division of Corporations and is assigned Document # N17000004341
The Corporation is also registered with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Service and is assigned License # CH52365.
